Our coordination package includes comprehensive planning with two strategic meetings, up to 10 hours of on-site management on your wedding day, vendor and décor organization, and smooth execution led by a senior staff member and an assistant. We cover all phases, including post-event cleanup, and offer extra services and rehearsal coordination to customize your experience.
Our package provides a pre-event planning session, up to 8 hours of on-site coordination on the day, including rehearsal guidance, and comprehensive management of your wedding day activities for up to 10 hours. We cover everything from vendor liaison to decor setup, assist the wedding party, and ensure the day proceeds flawlessly according to your personalized itinerary.
